By 2024, our curriculum evolved to focus on the pillars of EQ. We integrated high-caliber coaching methods typically found in Fortune 500 leadership tracks, translating them into relevant, impactful experiences for teens aged 15 to 17. We moved beyond academics to focus on genuine self-awareness and social management.
